It is very easy to create your Google ID (takes 30 sec). Then click on spreadsheet link below and > add/edit your info. Also the spreadsheet is like normal excel. So please look into this and add/edit your contact info.> Whenever your contact info changes you can update your particulars and save the entire spreadsheet. > Spreadsheet gets stored in Google database and can be accessed anytime by all of us. Just giving a try to check if this works so that everyone feels the pride of maintaining and updating their contact information as well as it is easy to manage. Hope we all can give it a try .
